We offer our clients flexible search alternatives including full-time employee searches, contract or contract to hire personnel searches, and custom recruiting solutions.

Full-time Employee Searches: Searches for full-time, salaried personnel are conducted on a Contingency Fee basis. Fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary, and are paid only when a placement is made.

Contract or Contract-to-hire personnel: Contract employees are billed at an hourly rate according to the type and duration of the project. Contract-to-hire options are available.

Custom Recruiting Solutions: Whether your recruiting needs are for a single executive level position, or a large scale recruiting effort designed to fill multiple positions as quickly as possible, Peopleware Search will customize a recruiting solution to fit your needs.

A preferred fee structure can be provided to clients with ongoing recruiting needs and who seek an extended or exclusive partnership with Peopleware Search.
